Brother Bear is an animated production of Walt Disney Feature Animation Florida and was released on November 1, 2003 by Walt Disney Pictures and Buena Vista Distribution. The main character is a young Inuit who enter adulthood and turned into a bear.
Synopsis
Kenai, a young Inuit will undergo the ritual into manhood and get the totem of spirits of the ancestors. However, he was very disappointed to find a bear totem symbol of love, unlike her brother, Denahi, who got wise wolf totem or Sitka, who got the eagle totem symbol of guidance. Disappointment got worse after his brother was killed while chasing a bear that he was hunting.
Although banned Denahi, he hunted and killed the bear. However, the ancestors even turn it into a bear and a note Denahi precisely that his brother also killed a bear. Tanana who know it tell Kenai to the place where the lights touch the earth if you want to turn into humans again. In his journey, he befriends two male deer, Rutt and Tuke, and a small bear named Koda who lost his mother. Kenai Koda by Koda joined with leading to the poaching of salmon and place which he headed is located nearby.
Until the goal Koda, the bears greet them and while they share stories, Kenai realizes that the bear that diceburkan Sitka to the river is Koda's mother. Feeling guilty, Kenai ran to the mountain to find the spirits of the ancestors. Koda who feel left behind but also sad to see Rutt and Tuke, he became aware of the importance of Kenai.
Those who had been chased Denahi ultimately save face and after Kenai Koda from Denahi, the ancestors turn it back into a bear. But because of his love on Koda, he requested be changed back into a bear and complete the ritual toward maturity in the form of a bear.
